2BR 2BA Lincoln Park Commentary
Hi Everyone. I’m John, and this is my very first Chicago Real Estate Blog. I am very excited to begin sharing my knowledge and experience with you all in cyberspace. Let’s begin.
I’ve found that over the last 3 months, the bulk of 2BR, 2BA condos that have sold in Lincoln Park have closed somewhere between $300,000 and $450,000. You might ask, “Hey, John, what about that $1.1Million 2BR condo that sold on Mohawk not too long ago?” I would tell you that I suspect that home to have been specially built for a well-heeled client with expensive taste.
